Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products (handmade candles and wellness items), we can only accept returns or exchanges for the following cases:

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged or defective products
  • Missing items in your order

If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.


How to Request a Return or Refund

To start a return or refund request, please email us at support@lullamere.com with:

  1. Your Order Number
  2. A brief explanation of the issue
  3. Clear photos of the product and packaging (if damaged or incorrect)

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.


Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • For replacements, we will ship out the new item at no additional cost

Non-Refundable Items

We are unable to offer refunds or returns for:

  • Used candles
  • Products opened or not in their original condition
  • Change-of-mind purchases
  • Sale or promotional items

Thank you for understanding — this ensures product quality and safety for all customers.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.
Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us immediately
  2. Provide your Order Number and supporting photos (if damaged)

We will work with our courier partner to resolve the issue and offer a refund or replacement where applicable.
